We have also continued to maintain our focus on talent

management and the development of future leaders in

financial regulation. Our award-winning nationalisation
programme, Al Masar, continues to make significant

contributions to the QFCRA through its disciplined

approach to recruitment, development of expertise,

career progression and succession planning.

On behalf of all the staff at the QFCRA, I wish to express

my sincere gratitude to our Chairman, HE Sheikh Bandar

bin Mohammed bin Saoud Al-Thani and our Board of
Directors for their strong support, leadership and vision.

I am also very grateful for the continuing support of our

partners at the Qatar Central Bank and the Qatar Financial

Markets Authority for their commitment to cooperation
and the valuable contributions they have made to

financial regulation in the State of Qatar during 2022.
