Third Financial Sector
Strategic Plan
Issued by the Qatar Central Bank in 2023, the Third Financial Sector Strategic Plan aims to create a
financial and capital market that leads the region in innovation, efficiency and investor protection and
positions Qatar to unlock its full economic potential in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
The Strategy is founded on four pillars and supported by five cross-cutting themes
to ensure the foundations for successful implementation and delivery.
