Robert O’Sullivan
Board Member
Mr O’Sullivan has been a member of the Regulatory Authority
Board since March 2006 and is Chairman of the Regulatory
Authority’s Audit and Risk Committee. Mr O’Sullivan was a Senior
Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where
he spent nearly 38 years. He had supervisory responsibility for
financial examinations covering foreign banking organisations
with operations in New York, and for overseeing various
technical assistance programmes to benefit foreign-based bank
supervisory authorities.
