                   Memoranda of Understanding



                   Since its inception in 2005, the QFCRA has entered into two multilateral
                   agreements, 46 bilateral memoranda of understanding and 24 alternative

                   investment fund managers memoranda of understanding with a broad

                   range of international jurisdictions and international bodies, all as a

                   means of furthering co-operation, sharing information and advancing

                   a commitment to the highest financial regulation standards.
