Strategic Goal 6: Building human capital

The ability of any organisation to achieve its objectives and implement change rests on the skills, experience and dedication of its employees. The financial services industry will play a key role in the Qatar National Vision 2030 by helping to diversify the economy, support economic development, and strengthen financial stability. These critical contributions are dependent upon highly skilled employees working both within the financial services regulators and in the broader industry.

Appropriate focus and resources will be allocated for training and development in the regulatory authorities, and a particular focus will be given to educating, training, developing and supporting Qatari nationals.
