Corporate Services
In 2021, the Administration (Corporate Communications, Operations, Translation),
Human Resources, Information Technology, and Strategy and Organisational
Development departments continued their journey on a Corporate Services
strategy closely linked to the shared strategy of the three financial regulators.
For Corporate Services, efforts were focussed in areas of innovation in
technology with the adoption of cloud services, nationalisation and developing
human capital by sharing a wealth of knowledge both internally and externally.
The team’s efforts were fuelled by the adoption of international best
practices and the provision of innovative services to the organisation.
