In 2023, the Finance, Human Resources, Information

Technology, Strategy and Organisational Development and

the Administration (Corporate Communications, Translation,

Operations) departments continued their journey on a

Corporate Services strategy centred in business excellence.

For Corporate Services, the primary goals of the division are

focused on business excellence, stakeholder engagement

and innovation with nationalisation, innovation in cloud-

based technology and developing human capital.

The division’s efforts were fuelled by the adoption of

international best practice and providing excellent and

innovative services to the core business functions.

New Headquarters

In September 2023, the QFCRA relocated to the Gate

Towers after 15 years at QFC Tower 1. A team of internal

experts facilitated the move without technical disturbances,
allowing for a seamless transition to the new headquarters.

The newly fitted office space reflected QFCRA’s expansion,

leaning towards a modern workforce that promotes

collaboration, connectivity, and a healthier work-life balance.
