Khedma – an internal mobile application

In March 2020, the Regulatory Authority
launched “Khedma,” a mobile application that is

integrated with its Enterprise Resource Planning

platform. The internal mobile application was

also developed internally by the Regulatory

Authority’s Information Technology Department.

The RA’s new mobile application offers greater

flexibility to manage employee data and requests,
accelerate business processes and increase their

efficiency and is available on both iOS and Android

operating systems. Employees now have the means

to apply for and approve leave requests, and submit

business and personal expense claims remotely,
among many other processes, on smart phones

and tablet devices from anywhere in the world.
