9. Capital & Solvency Ratio LLC
LLC insurance firms remained well capitalised with eligible
capital significantly exceeding the regulatory minimum capital
requirement. The level of eligible capital has deceased in
the 12-month period ended 31 December 2020 due to a
few large property claims incurred by some QFC insurers.
